the staff were super helpful and welcoming, they helped with my transport without me even askin! breakfast was fab, loved having it in my room, so nice! location is perfect, bus stop right outside the hotel taking u into the city centre in no time. and felt like a great deal becuz the zoo is just next door!

room was a bit outdated and the bathroom could really use a reno. also had some trouble with the key cards not workin, had to renew them everyday which was kinda annoying.

You can’t beat those hot waffles at breakfast! The variety is lush, and the food really hits the spot after visits to the zoo, just moments away. Plus, the location makes it dead easy to get into town.
